New Ideas for Samr
Grades 4-6 - use collaborative slides while learning new vocabulary words - each student creates a new slide, types their assigned vocab word, writes a meaningful sentence with the vocab word, then inserts an animated gif into your slide.
Grades 5-6 - use collaborative slides to create slides about the presidential candidates. Include a title slide w/picture, and issue slides to support where the candidate stands on the following (fill in a graphic organizer before slides): education, budget/taxes, economy, environment, health
Grade 2 - animal research collaborative slide - create your own slide (or may want to use a premade teacher-made template). Include: animal name, where does this animal live, how big is this animal and what does it look like, picture of animal, what does this animal like to eat, interesting fact #1 & interesting fact #2.
